These plans include hand drawn dimensional sketches, as well as build photos, a material list, suggested tool list, and helpful notes and tips. These plans do include how to make the semi-dutch door, but if you need/want more detail, there are separate plans available for that.
 
This coop is recommended for flocks of less than 20 chickens. Less than 15 for larger breeds, like Brahmas.
 
These plans are best suited for an intermediate level DIYer. You will need to use and be familiar with multiple types of power tools.
 
Coop footprint is 4ft x 6ft with an additional 1ft off the back for the nesting boxes.
